Founded in 2014 by Stanley Seow and Andryl Foo, Eleven Seventeen Capital is a Singapore-based hospitality group behind four distinctive dining concepts. Meadesmoore is a modern steakhouse in Telok Ayer known for its premium and lesser-known cuts of meat, expertly prepared by Chef Victor Loy. Fat Belly, located at Serene Centre, is a casual steakhouse pioneering secondary cuts grilled over charcoal. In the CBD, Market Bistro offers hearty, unpretentious bistro classics in Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3, and also houses Elixir Coffee Stand, serving specialty brews from Blacklist Coffee Roasters and a curated wine list. Together, these concepts reflect the group’s commitment to quality dining experiences across Singapore’s vibrant food scene.
